Taking a cue from the fast growing vacation ownership industry, Ramayana and Company saw a natural blend given all the hotels and spas that the company has developed and owned. As a result, on 22^nd of December 2002, Regent Holidays was founded.

When expanding Regent Holidays, Ramayana and Company choose to affiliate with the World’s largest exchange company RCI. Every year since 2007 with the exception of 2012, Regent Holidays was awarded RCI’s most exceptional award, the ‘Gold Crown’ status.

To accommodate its growing business and growing manpower, In March of 2013 – a decade after its inception – Regent Holidays moved its operation to a more urbane, modern office on the 2^nd floor of Pepito Supermarket in Tuban.

The new office, its growing professional manpower, an expanded Member Services Department to handle members need and queries – all signifies a new era for Regent Holidays.
